Summary:
My reading for November was a lot better than past months but still not my best! I doubt I'll go over my page goal if I hit it at all - which is 20k. I'm sitting at around 19200 pages for the year, last time I checked. But hitting that last goal is the last thing on my todo list, so hopefully I can accomplish it and set myself some (realistic) new goals for next year! See you guys next month for our yearly hauls ;)

Booking Through Thursday: November 27

Booking Through Thursday is a book blog meme presented by BTT2 at Wordpress. They post a question about books every Thursday and you have the whole day to reply back!  Let's look at this week's question:
How much do you actually read? Few of us get as much time as we’d really LIKE for reading, but do as much as we can, so … how many books do you read? How many hours a day?
Heather:  (Due to book slump~) Lately when I read I usually devote about three hours to it.  I can't guarantee I read every day though, not only because of the book slump but also because I work out and then try to spend a few hours with my grandma.  When I do read, I try to make sure I read two books at the same time.

Kaniesha:  When I'm really into reading, I regularly read six books a month. I know that's not a lot in comparison with a lot of book nerds but I do other time consuming things and have a short attention span so it's my best. I have a lot of free time though, so I kind of disappoint myself but I'm also easily burnt out so I'm okay with my mood-reading.

If I'm really into a book, I can read it for 2-3 hours in a go in different intervals until I'm finished. If I'm not, it'll take 30 min-1 hour intervals until I'm finished or put it off until later. My reading habits are just all over the place! Not to mention when I'm in a book slump, I'll one read one or two books a month and pick up other hobbies. I just really don't like forcing myself to do things I do for fun.

Kaniesha's TTT: Top Ten Books I Want To Reread

Top Ten Tuesday is a book blog meme created and hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. This week we're choosing the top ten books we want to reread!

1. Eragon by Christopher Paolini
2. Inkheart by Cornelia Funke
3. The House of the Scorpion by Nancy Farmer
4. Shadowland by Meg Cabot
5. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

6. Infinity by Sherrilyn Kenyon
7. The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan
8. Uglies by Scott Westerfeld
9. The Merchant of Death by D.J. MacHale
10. Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater

Coming up with this list was harder than I thought! All of these are my favorites - I probably wouldn't be who I am today without having read them. It's amazing how much books can open your eyes, even if it's - and maybe especially - not something you'll ever experience. A few of these I'm very, very fuzzy about on the details at this point (I read a few when I was in middle school!) so I really want to re-read them soon.

Monthly Releases: November 2014

As of August 2014, Kaniesha and Heather will be posting their most anticipated to-be-released books of the month instead of individual WoWs every week.

Kaniesha's:

Not my most impressive list but let's be honest, publishing slows down at the end of the year! I'm really looking forward to Nikolas Lee's newest titles. He's a really impressive writer!

Heather's:

Two.  =/  Ah, well.  As Kan said, publishing slows down at the end of the year.  That said, I'm extremely excited to be getting my signed copy of Waistcoats & Weaponry (hopefully next week!).  I want to read it as soon as I can.

Summary:
I'm finally getting back into the habit of reading :D 4 books finished this month! Better than the past two months where I read one and two respectively. I've kinda faded out of my video game and youtube obsession - so I'm back to doing what I like to do best. Reading! Mostly. I'll still be gaming and watching youtube videos, I'll just have to manage my time and hobbies better! How was everyone else's October? :)
